When will I receive my order?
All cakes baked fresh on a Thursday and packed and dispached Friday morning.
Why is my order only being dispatched on Friday?
As a small business, we want to deliver the freshest product possible and reduce food waste therefore all orders placed before Thursday 8am will be baked fresh and packaged for dispatch on Friday in order to give you the longest amount of time to enjoy our product. Believe us when we say, our cakes are worth waiting for.
Why is the postage £4.99 for a single cake in a jar?
Unfortunately, we can't make the postage more cost-effective (trust us, we've tried) for just one cake in a jar. However, the postage cost remains the same for up to six cake jars, which we believe offers better value.
How is my package delivered?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a box and shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, ensuring you can enjoy your cakes within 24hrs of being dispatched.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free cakes?
While we don't currently offer these options, we are actively developing recipes that cater to these dietary preferences. Once we're confident in the results, we’ll be excited to share them with you!
Why are you using plastic when it’s bad for the environment?
We understand that plastic can be harmful to the environment, and we share your concerns. However, we also want to ensure your order arrives safely and intact, and unfortunately, glass is more prone to breaking during transit. We encourage our customers to reuse the jars for various purposes around the home and garden, while also being mindful of recycling. We are actively working to source jars that are made from recycled PET plastic and are safe for the environment. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to find a more sustainable solution.
